Description
The utility belts worn by police and security officers are the most complicated, annoying things on the planet.
For starter, you wear them over your every-day belt, using small leather bands to secure it in place. The "buckle" in front isn't exactly functional, in a traditional sense. There are two hooks on the larger end, which secure to the bar on the back-side of the "buckle." There's a knob on the larger end that fits firmly into the holes on the other end.
The leather is often very thick, and rather stiff, which makes moving the "buckle" to resize the belt a complete pain.
